Chris Huang brings 30+ years of experience delivering high-profile, luxury residential construction throughout Arcadia and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley. A longtime General Contractor and owner of Assen Homes in Arcadia, California, he is known for craftsmanship, accountability, and strong field oversight on complex builds. For our joint ventures, Chris helps assemble trade teams, validate scopes and pricing, and drive schedule and quality from preconstruction through closeout. With proven field leadership and deep experience, Chris is a valued asset to our team—and a steady, professional presence for our clients.

Sam Ghaly
ENGINEER
Sam is a highly accomplished engineering professional with 35 years of experience as a chief building official, plan check engineer, and senior building inspector. He has worked on a wide range of complex projects, specializing in structural and seismic assessments. Sam’s expertise allows him to efficiently expedite land surveys, soil and percolation tests, septic tank designs, Title 24 compliance, as well as asbestos and mold evaluations. His comprehensive knowledge covers numerous other engineering needs, making him a trusted resource for even the most challenging building requirements.
Bob Spears
SIERRA MADRE FIRE DEPARTMENT CHIEF (Retired)
Bob brings more than 35 years of distinguished service with the Sierra Madre Fire Department, where he rose through the ranks to become Assistant Chief for Training and ultimately Chief of the Department. Following his fire service career, Bob dedicated two decades as an Emergency Manager for a local school and city in SOCAL. In 2012, he retired as Director of Emergency Services for the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). Currently, Bob serves as the Emergency Services Manager for his hometown, where he remains committed to enhancing citizen safety and preparedness through proactive leadership and community engagement.
